The Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMSP) eLearning course is designed to enhance healthcare staff's comprehension of antimicrobial management and the universal challenge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This course integrates international guidelines with Qatar's National Plan for AMSP and AMR, emphasising the cautious use of antimicrobials, potential adverse effects, the antimicrobial classifications and recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO). Furthermore, it underlines the crucial roles of different healthcare providers as well as the patients within AMSP, also highlighting the interrelationship between infection prevention and control and AMSP initiatives.
